Advantage Metals can cut up to 20" Round or Square, with two saws that are both fully automatic.
As well as T1-.030 & Miter Cut up to 12" on structurals.

Shearing

SHEAR= up to 1/2" thick x 120" long SHEAR= up to 1/4" thick x 144" long

Advantage Metals has two shears which can cut up to 5/6" plate x 12' long.
If you need anything cut thicker or wider, we can flame cut it.

Flame and Plasma Cutting

Advantage Metals can cut up to 8 " thick plate in almost any configuration with it's Burny 5000 CNC flame cutting machine. Every sales person has a CAD (SDS) program on their computer which can layout any shape or size you want. We can also layout cone blanks so they can be cut and then rolled.
